All sales are final therefore we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, in the event you order or receive the wrong item(s) our Return/Exchange polices are as follows:

 

You will have 10 days from the date received to be eligible. In order to return/exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be returned in its original packaging and you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The shipping cost to return/exchange the item(s) will be at the expense of the customer.

Although Prince Eric Nichols/Melanarchy is not responsible for damages that may occur during shipping and delivery. We are willing to work with you to rectify the situation.

Exchanges for damage goods (if applicable) will require an inspection. When the item(s) are received back to Prince Eric Nichols/Melanarchy, you will be notified via email. Once received please allow 7-10 days for the item(s) to be inspected and approved/denied for an exchange. Another email will be sent explaining if the item will be approved or denied. If approved, allow 10-14 business days for the exchange process.
